Hemmingway by the Bay

Hemmingway by the Bay (hopefully not a tribute to Ernst Hemmingway) is a nice looking restaurant in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong but I didnt have very pleasant service there-- It was slow.  The drinks were great but food medicore.  Their home special burger was the worst I have have had in Hong Kong.  Enjoy the pictures.......

Alfresco area--very nice.

GINGER Mojito -- very refreshing.

Hemmingway Burger looked real nice but tasteless.
